Hi what are your thoughts on a2001 toyota sienna with 195000 on it clean looking van. What is the best scanner/reader and reprogramming tool for it

What kind of use are you planning on? How much longer are you realistically expecting a 24-year-old vehicle to last? Better have a good mechanic give that thing a thorough examination before purchase. (That goes for any used car.)
