We need a lot more details. There is a couple dozen things that can cause rough idle. Does it go away when warmed up, does it happen in different gears, any clunking or banging noises. Did you do maintenance, any drivability issues, reduced fuel economy, Did you check your motor mounts ECT ECT ECT ECT.. Give us as much detail as possible and we can better assist you.
Happens when warm and at idle, parked. No strange noises. maintenance is up to date. Have reduced fuel economy.
First Clean your throttle body, inspect air filter, plugs and wires. Pick up a good fuel system cleaner. Clean the mass air flow with crc mass airflow sensor cleaner. I would start there. I I noticed you said the down steam is always high . If your talking about the 99.2% that is normal. It's a default number used when the sensor isn't used to calculate and or read real time fuel trim data. There is a lot more to it but that is the simplest and easy explanation.
