Hey Scotty how reliable is a 2002 Ford Mustang v6 150k miles on it I checked it out with a friends expansive scan tool no codes came up. How are they in reliability ?

Those engines are extremely reliable. The only thing you need to watch for is the head gaskets. They tend to go out around that mileage on the V6 cars.
Other than that though, I've seen them with 300k plus miles still going. Just make sure you have a mechanic check it out before you buy it, especially if there are aftermarket parts. It's great that there are no codes, but unless you can interpret what the live data on the tool is telling you you could be missing a major issue and not know it.
