Scotty,
I've got a 2002 Honda Civic LX with 180k miles and it needs brake lines. The frame is still solid and has no other issues. I know 180k on a Honda I just breaking in, but do you think it's worthwhile spending the money on a 2002 Civic?

Yes, it is absolutely worth it. You'll get another 100K miles out of it.
