I have a 2002 nissan pathfinder, 3.5L automatic, 220k miles. It stutters between 1200-1700 rpm, but only when it's warmed up, and only when I barley touch the throttle. It also does this in park/neutral. It has a cam sensor code that I don't think is related, I've replaced both. What could it be? I'm thinking IACV or MAF sensor?
Could be lots of things but rather than guess it's best to analyze if you don't know somebody who can analyze live data with a scam tool find someone who does. Not knowing those cars off and that problem can be caused by something as simple as worn out spark plugs or something as bad as the engine is wearing out and you'll find the old spark plugs are covered with carbon in that case you change the plugs and live with it
I would look closer into the cam sensor code even though you replaced it. That could definitely cause that concern
