2002 Ford ranger power loss when cold. Won't drive fast at low rpms. Also after driving for a few minutes all of a sudden, it's like a switch clicks on and bam power back to normal. This does not happen once the engine has warmed up. I have installed a new fuel pump & filter but did not fix the problem.

Have you performed a diagnostic scan?
@chucktobias Yes. No codes. I have replaced the fuel pump & fuel filter.

Did you use an OEM fuel pump? By OEM, I mean Motorcraft, not the Chinese company, OEM.
