I have a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis. The first time this happened it was raining and my wipers stopped working while driving down the road. I removed all the fuses to check them and then they started working again. But not they just like to work when they want to.
If I turn on the washers no fluid comes out either.
But sometimes they work fine. I've checked all fuses and they're fine. I just torn between being the switch or the motor.
Any insights would be awesome!

99% of the time on those. It's the motor assembly starting to go out and you can get it remanufactured unit
