2001 impala wipers

2001 chevy impala v6, 100k miles, automatic, no codes.

3 issues that may or may not be related?

The main issue being the wipers not working. When i push the switch for use with the wiper fluid, the wipers work perfectly, they spray and wipe. Otherwise, nothing. Not slow or fast.

2nd issue is the blinkers. They only work sometimes. I found on another forum a trick that's been working but it's not ideal :When the turn signal doesn't blink or just stops blinking, I push the hazard light button in and out real quick - the turn signal will start blinking again. This trick has worked about 90%of the time so far . It's been happening for about 6 months. No rhyme or reason to when it happens.

3rd and lastly, the horn doesn't work.

Checked all the fuses, they aren't blown.

Thank you for the videos on YouTube. You've helped save the day more than a few times. ( not to mention the money you've saved me)

I installed the new switch( simple enough aside from having to lay in front of the driver seat) and solved one of my issues, the wipers are working properly again.
Still having an intermittent turning signal issue though. I've found that my temp fix of pushing the hazard button to get the blinkers going again is no longer a fix - now when I push the haz button, nothing happens at all. The hazards don't even activate.

those things are all mounted to the steering column. Take it apart and look for damage.

Sounds like all those relays aren't working.

Why the down vote @jms386?  Your symptoms can come from the switch on the steering column as @mmj said and/or electrical problems associated with relays.

My apologies, I'm new here. I clicked it by accident, I thought I changed it back to an up vote but apparently not. I'll try again.

I'm going to test the relays for continuity now. I'm not sure what or how to test anything beyond that honestly. I ordered a new switch and it's coming in the mail today. .
