Hey I've got a 2003 Honda Accord with roughly 200,000 miles. Shakes a little when I accelerate but when I'm at a stop shutters and vibrates. Changed transmission fluid about 15,000 miles ago someone at AutoZone had said potential torque converter? What are your thoughts? {black}:idontknow:
Well, does the situation change if you put your car in Neutral when you are at a stop?
Good question and can assist in pointing to the issue... a very simple and easy test... do this first OP.
Could be a lot of things including torque converter. But start with easy stuff, driveline mounts (motor/trans), fuel injector cleaning, may just need need new fuel filter/pump.... Personally I'd start by monitoring live data with scan tool to narrow it down but requires a learning curve if not familiar with doing this and time required for this curve varies greatly depending on your skill/knowledge/tools owned... which I can not access for you personally without further info about you. And did ya replace trans filter when fluid changed?
