I have a 2003 audi a4 1.8 turbo. Misfiring for cylinder 1 and also rattling noise when accelerating. Low power and engine is shaking more and more rough while idle. Also the knock sensor code came on. I changed all the spark plugs which all had oil on them. Also changed cylinder 1 coil pack. Still having an issue though. What steps should i take to fix the problem?

The symptoms you're experiencing are symptoms of a misfire. But there could be many causes. Read through there and you should know where to start.

Switch the ignition coil that's messed up into another cylinder. If it misfires in that particular cylinder where you'd put the ignition coil in, then you'd definitely need new coils and new spark plugs as well. Or just get one new one if you want to save money or whatever. But if I were you, I'd change them all as soon as possible. I hope this helps.
