Struggles to start

2003 Ford Excursion V 10 130k miles

Just started having the first cold start being slow-rough-then catches up to normal. There are no codes. What I do notice is my left and right bank fuel trims oscillate back and forth-rich to lean. The readings, at most have hit between +3.4 and -1.6. I installed a new fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel filter as well as cleaned the MAF and Throttle body plates (did not take it off) I have had codes in the past that said:

Fuel sensor A circuit-the fuel level indicator gets  stuck at various levels on occasion.

Fuel pump and pressure check out good.

I've put in injector cleaner but awaiting 505 CRF

I have no clue if the 2 noted issues are related-idle on start up and fuel trim levels.

Any ideas?

Well, a classic thing that does that is vacuum leaks. So I'd advise hooking up a smoke machine to the vehicle to try to smoke out the leak. Often it's intake manifold gaskets on those
