Hello Scotty

I recently purchased a 2003 honda civic automatic with 128k miles on it. It was working fine but about a week ago i had this issue. When i come to a full stop at a red light, it does not move after i lift my foot off the break even though it is in drive. I have to press on the gas pedal and then it starts moving. It doesn't happen always but happens 5 out of 10 times. I have the check engine light on but that is for evap leak in the canister area. No other fault codes. The transmission oil is at the full level and in nice red color that it's supposed to be. Please let me know what i should check.
