I watched Scotty's video of "The Worst Cars Honda Ever Made." One of them was a 2002 Civic SI. I recently saw a private seller ad for a 2003 Civic Si, 2 liter 142K miles, 5 speed manual transmission, timing chain, $4000.
Did Honda fix all or some of the problems of the '02 model in time for the '03? I'd like to check this car out in person if you think it's not going to have the issues the 2002 Civic SI did. Thanks.

Thank you for the response. Is the timing chain considered good for the life of the engine or should it be replaced if the car surpasses 200K or more miles because it has an interference engine?
