Ypu have issues with your anti-theft system. Have a pro check it.
I know you posted this in March but for anyone in the future, before you take it to a mechanic, you could try the following, which is "reset" the security system on Saturn Vue 2002-2007:
Insert key into ignition and turn key on wait 10 minutes remove key for 30 seconds re-insert key once again turning it on for 10 minutes in removing key for 30 seconds then replace key in ignition and leave in the on position for another 10 minutes After your last 10 minute increment remove key leave out for 10 seconds insert key and vehicle should start immediately. If it does not you either have an aftermarket alarm not allowing the key to program to the Ecm or you did not do their procedure properly.
