Hi acotty i have a 1996 ford f150 with the 4.9 im kinda stuck on something my truck is running at high idle i replaced the iac sparkplugs some vacume lines that were rotted out and a upstream 02 sensor still have to do the down stream it idles from 1200-1400 rpms but when u u put it into gear it kicks into gear but when in gear idle is regular what could cause it

Did you clean the MAF sensor and throttle body? You may also have faulty throttle body which you need some live data to find out.
We cleamed the maf but i dint know if its actully working or what we sprayed the trottle body to
