Hey Scotty love the channel. Just purchased a very clean 2003 Toyota Camry Le 4cylinder. One owner. No accidents. 175k miles. The car will vibrate at random times and rattle like crazy if I use any power consuming feature or put it in reverse. Even if I roll the window down it rattles and vibrates. I’ve put a new serpentine belt on, air filter, canister vent valve, two new tires and balanced/alignment, and also cleaned the throttle body and MAF. What could it be? A heat shield? Or maybe alternator?

Check your alternator output at idle. Should be around 14 volts.
