Hey Scooty, should i buy a 2003 toyota Tundra with 300k miles for 3500$? If so, what should i look for? should i take it to a mechanic first ? Thanks!
No problems with those trucks. However, $3500 seems a little pricey and it has 300K miles. Yes, I would take it to a trusty mechanic who will check it out. If you can negotiate with the seller, you can bring down the price a little, but it’s probably harder to do in this market.

I’d say that you could bring the price down by several hundred dollars, to around $2000-$2700. However, if you’re alright with that price, then you can go ahead. If the seller can not negotiate, then I’d pass.
