I put a power steering pump in my truck and I am trying to bleed it. I have turned the wheels back and forth about 100 times. I still have bubbles coming out(usually when I only turn left). Also, for the amount of bubbles fluid levels have not changed. I have watched some videos and some guys say bleed non running and then running. I have done this and still have the problem.
pump is winning like crazy.
please send help. Thank you!

Well, if it's raining it means there's a problem in the system. If it do that before you got a bad pump. Now the only other thing that won't let it bleed is a restriction in the system somewhere like collapsed hose or problem in the steering box itself
