Could someone please tell me how to fix a 2004 chevy trailblazer 4x4 . All my dash lights come on while driving. Battery and fuel guage goes to nothing. It codes as a ground but everything my mechanic tries doesn't fix issue. Im a widow and need to get back to work and the doctors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well it certainly sounds like some kind of electrical issue. It would be helpful to know what has been done so far. What diagnostics did your mechanic perform? Were battery and alternator load-tested? Battery connectors and cables checked? Grounds checked? A lot can go wrong in 22 years.
