Love your Honesty!!! Please help
2004 Jeep wrangler Unlimited 165000 miles I purchase it with 9000 miles in 2007.
It has been parked for a 2 months my wife has a food injury.
I realized it needed inspection checked it out blinkers not blinking at all.
replaced blinker relay heard a shorting/humming sound. did not fix it
replaced external light fuse and turn signal fuse and got new blinker relay still no blinkers
replaced multi switch no that didn't work either. all the marker and head light work including the instrument panel.id i turn the head lights on or when i push the Hazzard switch momentarily
tried disconnecting neg battery lead and replacing it NO luck.
ANY IDEAS????

I believe there's a flasher module in the circuit there somewhere too. I'd check on that.
