So I been posting about my 2004 park avenue with the 3800 series 2 engine that I drove 70 miles overheating...and water drains out of spark plug holes....it will fire and run without any antifreeze in it...now with that said....I know head gasket is blown...and warped also....now...is there anyway I can take the head gasket and drown it in the red gasket maker permatex and get head not to leak..will it seal it if I put it on super thick...I just want to get it running long enough to move it around..make local town trips in...even if it runs like crap...any help would be appriciated

If heads are warped nothing is going to keep them from leaking except for having a machine shop true them up, if they're not so far gone that it's not feasible. It's possible that the block is warped as well. Those parts could even be cracked. You just can't do that to an engine and expect it to survive. Realistically you're looking at installing another engine (possible a used one from a junkyard), or look for another vehicle. The pressure from combustion in the cylinders is very high. The approach you're describing might get it to the closest junkyard.

Or a car lot so I can trade it in

No dealer is going to pay much for a 17-year-old Buick even if it's running well. In this case it's unlikely that an appraiser won't notice the bad engine. You're not going to be able to hide it, it's going to be running like crap if it runs at all. However you might find a low-end used car dealer that is willing to give you a few bucks and they'd install a junkyard engine and put the car out on their lot.

I may just drain out oil and start it up and put brick on gas pedal
