My daughter is buying her first new car, we live in Michigan so she will only have it for about 10 years after that the whole undercarriage will rust out up here like ever other car.
We are looking at S model and come with 2.0L 4cyl with Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) that is just another word for CVT. The other power train option is a turbocharged 1.6L engine producing 195 lb.-ft. of torque, a 7-Speed Quick-Shift DCT Automatic transmission.
We always watch your videos and know you are not a CVT fan for option one and option two has turbocharger that you are also not a fan of. Which powertrain choice should we pick?
Thanks!
Steve
Neither. Kia is one of the worst cars you can buy.
Never buy a Kia or a Hyundai. You will be sorry. They won't last long enough to rust out.
