Hi, I have a high mileage 16 year old Camry which is getting close to 300k, it still runs great. I got it fairly cheap and I only had it for few months now, I do want to look after it though and make sure it can do another 100k. Any tips on what I should keep an eye on or any preventative maintenance tips on what I should do before something goes wrong. Cheers 😛

Easiest thing to do is change the oil often. I change mine more often than the manufacture says because I drive a lot around town. My tacoma which I bought new is now 18 years old.

Change the oil, coolant, spark plugs and engine air filter.
If you think it should run better, Check the MAF sensor and clean it. Also clean the throttle body.
