Hi Scotty, what do you think about a 2004 Toyota Prius with 140,000 miles, I just bought one it gets about 50 miles per gallon

Right now it has 3 lights on on the right side of the dashboard

Abs, vsc an mainance required lights are on  how do I fix that?

Is it bad?

Also what do you think about the 2022 totota tundra 1794?

I just order one on the smoke mesquite color with the brown saddle leather interior

Thanks Scotty !

1) Check for any codes with a scan tool.

2) The ABS and VSC could be the anti lock braking system, and vehicle stability control. BUT, this is a huge but, these often come on when there is a problem with the hybrid system, even if there is no problem with the ABS and VSC.

3) Check if there are any codes with a scan tool. Go to AutoZone or an auto parts shop, they let you rent them or borrow them for free.

4) Given the age, I have a guess it is the hybrid battery. But this needs to be verified with a scan tool.

5) Make sure to use a scan tool to get any codes. Let us know the codes, and we can try to help.

6) It could be other parts of the hybrid system. Like the water pump. But we need the codes from the scan tool to diagnose.

7) Did I mention try pulling the codes from the scan tool? That will help us try to figure out what is wrong with the car, otherwise it is a wild guess like I am doing right now!
