hey scotty i have a 2004 jeep liberty sport with a 3.7L with 195,000 miles on it and it acts like its hitting the rev limiter but its only reving up 2500 rpm in park runs really ruff at an idle and bucks when you get to 20-25 i have changed o2 sensors and almost all the other electronic sensors on the engine and that was 3-4 years ago and still cant figure it out please help me.

Many things can do that like a clogged catalytic converter weak fuel injector clogged fuel filter or fuel pump it doesn't pump enough pressure so check those first
thats the problem i checked all that and replace o2 sensors.fuel pressure and change out the fuel pump and pressure regulator, also changed out injectors tested fuel pressure. even coil packs, there is one thing it keeps throwin a code about coil 4 not ionizing could that be the problem? what would cause that?
