Hello, why might only 1/4 dash vents be blowing? Regardless of temperature, the two Center vents and the far passenger side dash vents don’t blow any air.
footwell vents, windshield vents, and the far driver side dash vent all blow according to fan strength.
why could this be happening regardless of make and model

Are they open?
Maybe the baffles which divert airflow aren't doing their job.
Is your cabin air filter clean?
Can't really help you without vehicle info.

The flaps controlling air flow may not be working properly. These can be either vacuum or electrically operated.
