Hello all
Just got a toyota rav 4 2007 base model with 158000 kms only. The central air vents dont blow much air in relation to the side 2 small vents whether in cold or hot setting. I changed the air cabin filter, the blower motor resistor and the blower motor itself but nothing has changed, the air coming out from the central vents is very very weak at full fan setting. I also checked with the workshop and they said there are no vacuum leaks anywhere?and have no solutions but to live with it!!! And there are no blocks in the external ducts under the wipers.
Any ideas how to make this improve ?
thanks

The blend door actuator on those vents stuck. Pray that whacking the dash near those vents to release them, otherwise you need to teardown the dash to fix them which is an expensive job.
Hi yasser
I will try that but is there no way to reach them without removing he dashboard ???? Is this common u think in these cars ?
thanks {black}:surprised:
Unfortunately, no.
It is not common but as cars get old, the plastic parts do not age well and usually make issues.
Hi again
