When I put my car in reverse and press the gas it makes a loud clunk sound, kinda sounds like a piece from the bottom of my car fell off, does anyone know what this is? It has like 165000 miles

Can you tell where does the noise come from? And does it anytime or when it is cold? Check the brake pads.
