Hi Scotty. Long time, first time...got a 2005 camry, 170K. Bought December 2020 used, last year from Toyota dealership... about Six months into 2020, right front end clunking noise always over bumpy road... Took 2x to another mechanic. All fine they said. 2x...Just got oil change this week of December 2021. First oil change in year... only drove 3K miles in 2020...Lower control arm ball joint problem. Torn boot that connects to it on lower front. Don't like the timing of this. Did dealership know of problem? How could the other mechanics not properly diagnose the problem four to six months ago?? Very frustrating, Scotty.
Ah yes, another dealership tale. You need to take it to a professional alignment shop and have all the components inspected.
