Scotty... Please HELP!! I have a 2020 Nissan rogue sport. Front end clunks on accelerate then clunks again when I decelerate. One mechanic says the CV joints are sloppy and recommends replacing the two front axles, but somewhere else because he doesn't do that kind of work. He said it's safe to drive until it starts making a repetitive clicking noise when turning. Another mechanic says the axles are fine but the transmission needs to be replaced. He said the car is safe to drive until the sound gets worse. The car has 59,000 miles on the clock, no fluid or grease leaks anywhere, the transmission works fine and shifts smoothly. What do I do? Love your channel... Never miss a video! Thanks!!!
Well if you're anywhere near Clarksville Tennessee I'll check them out for free during the week and I'll tell you what's wrong. It could be any of those things and it could also be a broken transmission or motor mount. I would have to see it in person to figure it out. Any good mechanic would be able to find where the clunk is coming from. See my video finding the source of car noises Scotty
