My truck makes an extremely loud noise the first time I start it in the morning. It only lasts for about 2 seconds and then acts normal. The noise literally sounds like a rock is being bounced around the engine bay and makes 4 or 5 clunks. Every other time I start it during the day it sounds fine.

That's the cam chain and or the cam rattling from internal wire typical on those things the engine will need rebuilding soon in most cases
I just attached a video of the noise in case hearing it would provide a more accurate diagnosis.
