Hey Scotty,
In my 2005 CRV my AC compressor went out this spring, which I can survive with. However when I'm driving the heat still blows hot through the vents with force even though my thermostat is turned to off. Any idea how I can shut the heater off, new thermostat control? Or unplug the cabin fan? Thanks for any advice!!

You could puller the heater fuse. Don’t pull the one marked fan. More than likely it’s your heater control. You could have a tech check voltages to make sure. Or if you have 75 bucks and wanna take a chance I usually get parts like that from Salvage yards off Ebay.
