I have a 2005 kia Sorento 3.5l automatic 2wd. Runs perfectly until it starts to warm up.

Wow, when engines are cold they need extra gasoline. So they will run fine when the engine is cold. But when it warms up they're supposed to get leaner and let's say you have leaking fuel injectors or leaking fuel pressure regulator that continues to put extra gas in. Once warmed up it will run poorly. Another common thing is a weak fuel pump. You start up the fuel pump starts and sprays gas but it's an electric pump and if it's worn as it heats up it will stop pumping correctly. You can pressure test that
