Car: 2014 Nissan Versa 4 door Sedan CVT 1.6 S Plus Automatic
Recently, I have been forced to sleep in my car and now someone is causing gas/chemical fumes to saturate the inside of my car. I have drained the engine oil and the coolant from the radiator and coolant reservoir. The fumes are still filling up the inside of my car. Now, I lam looking into draining the fuel tank, but I don't know how to because the lid that leads to the fuel pump has been sealed with some kind of heavy duty sealant.
Questions:
1. Is there another way to drain the fuel tank?
2. What could be causing the car to become saturated with these fumes?
3. Could a remote starter be used to activate the fuel pump if I have disconnected the battery and removed the fuses?
4. What else could I do to stop the fumes from saturating the inside of my car?
Your help would be really appreciated.
Thank you in advance

You may have a leak in your evap system. It's more likely due to a decade of deterioration than anyone tampering with it.
@chucktobias yeah, I thought so too in the beginning until I discovered a puncture hole in my fuel tank. What's the easiest way to drain all of the fuel from my car?
@shunnap Someone may have simply been trying to steal gasoline. That's the way it's usually done today since so many cars have anti-siphoning provisions. (That being the case a siphon probably would not work, but you could try it.) I have no familiarity with your vehicle but if the tank has no drain probably the easiest way to empty it would be to hot-wire the fuel pump to pump it out. Or, if you repaired your fuel tank with a temporary patch you could remove it and let the gas drain out.
