Replacement aftermarket headlamp recommendation

Hi Carkillers Team,

2015 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD with 240k miles. Front headlamps are significantly frosted over. Any recommendations on make of aftermarket headlamps? I’m aware of four: Depo, TYC, TRQ, Eagle Eyes - with the last getting more unfavorable online marks. I know I can, and have, read reviews; figured I’d ask here also.

OEMs are ~$600+/each and with so many miles, would rather not spend that kind of cash. I’m also looking into polishing kit and Meguiar’s UV coating, but perhaps a cheaper set of headlamps the more time efficient and valued route.

Thanks in advance for your trusted input.

I purchased driver and passenger side headlight assemblies with bulbs included at carparts.com about 5 years ago for my 2004 Toyota Avalon. It was plug and play wiring and fortunately on my car the mounting screws/bolt were easily accessed. Headlamps still look good!

@avalon04 , thanks for the lead.

I've used the Sylvania Headlight Restoration Kit several times with excellent results. About 20 bucks on Amazon. If you go this route, make sure to follow the instructions. Good luck.

@oldandy thanks for prompt reply.

I bought Wagner headlights last time, and I'm happy so far. Sylvania and Philips have let me down in the past.

@imperator thanks.
