I have video linked above. 07 tundra with 276k miles. I had others tell me it could either be coming from the alternator or power steering pump. It recently started doing this with every cold start and anytime the truck has sat a couple of hours. Doesn’t do it if I start the truck within 2 hours or so after shutting off. Has no issues starting.

A quick check to see if it's a belt-driven accessory or pulley is to remove the fan belt and briefly run the engine to see if the sound goes away.
