Hello, I found a 2005 lancer ralliart that’s completely stock (I’ve already checked) for 4K. Selling from a private party and has 150k miles. 2 owners, regularly maintained, timing/driving belt recently changed, and very clean interior. Only thing is it would need new front rotors and tires to pass state inspection and when starting it’ll crank for 2 seconds and then start.
Opinions on the car? It would need new rotors and tires but would it need the new starter? Thanks

I wouldn't buy it. Parts are tough to come by and at 150k miles, it is probably nearing its end of life.
That's also too much money.

Do not buy. Mitsubishi are not good quality cars.
