2005 Scion XB - 166,00 miles
with no key in the ignition, temp light flickers, ABS and brake light on dashboard, all at about 20% brightness - when key is turned on all light up but will not start - replaced battery, negative and positive cables, and starter - still the same results - any ideas come to mind?

Check battery terminals for corrosion. Load test your battery and alternator.

Ignition switch.
