I am going to look at a 2005 Suburban 4x4 with 101,000 miles. It's one owner, elderly person, well maintained, no rust, has been sitting in a garage for 4 years. Had to recharge battery. Any possible issues for a vehicle sitting that long?

The tires, they might have flat spots. The fluids needs to be checked.
Not related to the sitting in garage, but make sure mechanic check it before purchase (especially the automatic transmission).
