Hello all Dank here 😓

2005 Toyota Camry 2.4l 4 cylinder 135761 miles no code sadly 🙃

Car starts now after the new fuel pump but it stalls occasionally and it’ll start back up in about 20 minutes but while im waiting in the middle of the road it does nothing but crank

I’ve been messing with this thing for about a month now and I don’t have the $ to take it to a shop, I’ve replaced the throttle body the camshaft position sensor, and the fuel pump And I’m really stumped on the issue here considering I have scanned it and I don’t have any codes I’ve just been throwing money at this girl🥲 any and all help or suggestions are greatly appreciated

Well I would suspect a problem with the pump if you did not buy a dealer OEM pumped aftermarket ones are off and garbage. But those pumps are somewhat tricky to put inside the gas tank and if the seals weren't replaced with new seals then they can do that because they don't build the pressure upright I've seen that too. I would say always suspect the part you put in or how it was installed if problems occur after putting it in

It was an oem fuel assembly from my uncles junkyard which might be the problem but I replaced it myself and it only stalled out on me 3 times in the 2 weeks it’s been in so maybe it’s a fluke? I’m not 100% sure but here’s hoping. By the way I appreciate a response from the legend himself I’ve been watching your videos since 2016 hope life’s treating you well🙏🏻

Did you replace the fuel filter too?

Sorry for the late response yes it was an oem fuel assembly from a junkyard which is probably the issue but it came with everything solved my original problem and caused this new one, the car has been running alright for the time being tho so it might have been a fluke? Like 3 times then it runs perfect lmao I’m just hoping it stays that way

What’s the fuel pressure when tested?

I’m gonna have to take it to shop to figure that out I don’t have the fuel pressure gauge with the Toyota adapter 🥲
