My front bearings are wearing out -.
I want to purchase the parts online, would it be best to purchase the bearing and hub, or the bearing and hob and knuckle? To save labor costs

The bearing, hub and knuckle will cost more than just the wheel bearing and hub. I would normally go with just the bearing and hub to save time but if the situation is severe, then buy the bearing, hub and knuckle.
