I ran over a lip on the road, and heard a big loud thud. The car didn’t bottom out but it seems like the suspension may have hit its limit .
I don’t see any leaks, but maybe mind is playing tricks on me thinking the car is more bouncy than before the thud.
Could the struts be compromised? Maybe the struts just did it’s job? Or is it all in my head?
I was driving my friends brand new CRV, and the lip came up so quick, neither of us realized until after the fact. They aren’t mad, and they think everything is fine. But I’m just feel a bit paranoid.

You will need to get the car up in the air so someone can thoroughly inspect all the suspension components for damage.
