Hi Scotty!!!!!
my brother got a 2006 Acura TL. His car went into a swallow ditch. After that, when we go speed above 45-60mph, the steering wheel shakes and the front of the car as well. What could cause all the shaking?

You need to have the suspension examined at an alignment specialty shop to check for the bent and/or broken parts that occurred because of the Ditch Dive.

could be a few things. damaged wheels, suspension, drive axle ...
