Scotty,

I have watched almost every clips that you posted and they are very informative and accurate. I desperately need your advice. I have a 1992 Toyota Pickup manual, 3.0 V6 with 184K miles. The truck has been babied and meticulously maintained.
Lately it won’t start at all . It cranking and I smell raw gasoline coming from the exhaust.

i have replaced:

air flow meter, spark plug wire set,  distributor cap/ rotor, ECU, cold start injection, cold start valve, pressure regulator . When cranking, it has spark and gas.
no evidence of head gasket failure or leaking.
What else would you do at this point?

The gas smell suggests running way too rich. Your 30-year-old fuel injectors may be leaking. What do your spark plug looks like? Carboned up? Wet with excess fuel?

when cold, mixture should be rich. There will be fuel smell in the exhaust if the engine is misfiring

True - but I think still worth checking to see if too much fuel is being poured in. (Too rich a mixture won't ignite.) If nothing else the condition of the spark plugs may provide some clues as to what's going on.

How do you actually know you have spark and gas?  Obviously, you do not.
