Hi, asking this question for a friend because I'm stumped. The front speakers cut out and won't work until he turns the car off and back on again which may have something to do with the other problem. The parking lights, probably brake lights, went out and so he replaced them but the next morning the left light went out and then the right followed. He replaced them again and they went out the next day again.
For the lights, check the fuses first. Odds are that the fuses are bad and you also have some electrical shortage which is usually not easy to find.
For the speaker, check the power at the speaker, if you have power there, check the fuses and if everything is fine, then you may have issues with the BCM.

If the Audi TT is fitted with the Concert model stereo unit like in the picture below
Then it's probably the amp is faulty, it's very common.
Make sure when parking the vehicle the indicator switch is not in the turn position,
as this will make the lights on one side of the car stay on with the key out,
If it continues to blow bulbs have the charging rate checked.
