erratic idle, lack of power

Scotty, I have a 2006 chevy silverado 1500 extended cab Z71 4×4. It has the Aluminum L33 HO engine in it. And it's all factory, I have not done a thing to this engine, it is completely factory..

My problem is that it seems like it's missing a Cylinder, this engine is supposed to be producing about 325 hp and it sure dosnt feel like that me. In my opinion 325 hp should be enough to at least break the tires lose on dry pavement just a tad if you goose it real good off the line. But not my truck, she running ok for every day driving, but i still feel like it's not right somehow I have owned this truck for about 8 years, i bought it used it had 78000 thousands mile on it then and it now has 133378 mile on the odometer. . But One key thing it dose now, the idle speeds dip down to almost a stall at times when stopping at a light quickly, the throttle body is clean as heck due to an oil catch can i had to installed recently, this truck has a lot of blowby as well but not enough to where i have to add any oil between oil changes however in 700 hundred miles the oil catch can is completely full of krud that looks like an oily frothy expresso coffee mix lol!! Which is why i feel it may have a piston sealing problem and on cold start ups I have heard piston slap, which to my understanding is kind of normal for this model of truck to a point, after she's warmed up fully the noise goes away but it sounded like its always missing firing just a bit even after being warmed up.

I do own a innova 5610 scanner and I have been studying or refreshing my memory on LTFT trims and O2 Readings ect, But according to my scanner, it seem like it's always added fuel on both banks and the O2 Sensor date seem normal to me in that all 4 02 Sensor are working correctly idk. I need some input on this trucks normal specifications and how it should be running.

So with what I have said sofar what do you think about things.

Should I sell this thing or rebuild it, would it be worth fixing up in its current state.

Any information will be appreciated.thank you so much..

blow-by is basically power leaking past your piston rings, so no surprise there. You should perform a cylinder compression and leakdown test to see how bad it is.
