Low idle when at a stop light

Hey everyone, I drive a 2013 scion tc and it has been running perfect for coming up on 2 years now since I bought it at 94k miles. Ever since my purge valve went bad and replaced it, my car has been idling at 500 to 600 RPM when I’m on a stoplight. I decided to change the spark plugs they, were still factory. That didn’t help the low idle when breaking, so I decided to clean the throttle body and mass airflow sensor. To my surprise the throttle was pretty much spotless. No luck with the low idle and breaking, so I finally decided to change my PCV valve, and I still have low idle when breaking. Anyone have similar problems with a Toyota Camry 2011-2013 or scion tc 2011-2016? I just wanna resolve the issue atp. Thank you.

You have a vacuum leak at the brake booster. It's the large metal "container" on the driver's side. There's either a tear in the vacuum hose or the booster itself is internally worn.

Well of course check for vacuum legs. Vacuum leaks will do that. I know how many miles you have. You could also be dirty fuel injectors. You can try some good fuel injector cleaner to see if that helps.
