I have a 2007 Rav4. After a road trip from KY to NY I recently noticed a rumbling and rattling noise that seems to come from the back of the engine, only when I am in reverse. It stays while driving in reverse, but goes away thr second I go in Drive, Park, or neutral. Any ideas of how to fix or what it could be? New transmission? I bought the car 2 months ago with 150,000. There is no record the transmission fluid has ever been replaced.
Another issue I have had is it starting rough and poorly right after I put gas in the tank, or if I have been driving the car a while, shut it off for about 10 min, then restart it starts rough. It will drive fine after it starts, maybe intermittently have a rough idle. I changed spark plugs and coils, and air filter. And used fuel system cleaner several times. Could it be faulty injectors or fuel pump?

Had it been checked by a mechanic before been bought? Is the mileage real?
Take a look at transmission mounts, loosen exhaust pipe, heat shield ...
