2017 RAV4 92000 miles.
In regular driving mode, the 2017 RAV4 experiences RPM fluctuations, but this doesn’t occur in Economy Mode.
I don’t notice any vibrations, but the tachometer needle fluctuates while idling.
Any thoughts?

You could try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor with the appropriate cleaners and see if that helps.
