I have a 2006 Corvette 90K miles that sometimes makes a noise that sounds like the radiator fan is rubbing against something. It doesn’t do it every time I drive, but when it does its very noticeable. Should I replace just the radiator fan or the whole module? Also when I turn on my AC there is a delay for the fan to come on & when I turn off my car I can hear the fan make a weird noise before it slowly stops spinning.

well is the radiator fan rubbing on something? Move that thing.
sounds like your blower motor might be worn out too.
